Job Description

Evernow is reinventing healthcare delivery to improve women’s lives. More than 55 million women in the U.S. are experiencing menopause symptoms, but 75% of those who seek care don’t get it. We’re building Evernow to close this gap while elevating care.

We have been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes & more. We have great investors, including NEA, Gwyneth Paltrow, Drew Barrymore & others.

Our platform delivers a new kind of healthcare experience while our doctors provide expert, convenient treatments based on the latest research. With prescription delivery and unlimited access to communication with our health team, our customers get personalized, life-changing care. Join the team that will help us deliver it at scale.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help us expand our member value, with a focus on personalized care, health outcomes, digital services and programs. This is a one of a kind opportunity to design and build the future of menopause treatment, and lay the foundation for relevant, supportive healthcare for American women.

We’re a fast-paced company that values curiosity, integrity, intellectual horsepower, empathy and wit. We love to win, but we’re humble and don’t pretend to have all the answers. We value being able to balance quick decision making, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform actions, and having a deep understanding of our customers. We love people who know when to drive and when to listen.

If this sounds like you and the types of challenges that energize you, come join us!

Responsibilities (what kind of work you’ll do):

Expand the Value of our Member Experience:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to get consensus and internal buy-in on bold initiatives that push the company forward, creating great care outcomes aligned with great business outcomes
  • Based on both quantifiable data and qualitative feedback, reimagine and scope the future of every touchpoint between members and Evernow - web, mobile, SMS, package delivery, and more
  • Work to empower our providers to give best in class care to our members, using technological solutions to complement their expert knowledge, while meeting member needs

Seek to Understand:

  • Bring a deep understanding of member needs and how to take transform that understanding into a telecare experience that she loves
  • Question our assumptions, check our data, and help us to make sense out of conflicting signals so that we find and serve the broadest audience possible
  • Explore what it takes to build trust between patients and providers in telemedicine, and coordinate the complex needs of both sides to drive great medical and business outcomes

Prioritize and Build:

  • Work with the technology, design, medical and other key stakeholders to determine tradeoffs, allocate resources, and prioritize key deliverables while taking technical and operational constraints into account

Experience (what makes a successful candidate):

  • Track record of building exceptional products that delight their users and add clear business value.
  • Ability to lead cross functional projects with product, engineering, and operations with effective prioritization and influence, keeping yourself and others organized through complex projects
  • Bay Area preferred
  • 5+ years’ of data and process driven Product Management experience
  • Experience in mobile app development strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills to share insights, translate analysis results into business recommendations, and influence leadership
  • Ability to be a data storyteller
  • Provide thought leadership to create an innovative, novel, and empathic digital health experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in articulating product questions, analyzing conversion funnels, designing A/B tests and experiments, and using statistics to arrive at answers
  • Strong fluency in SQL-based data manipulation and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Fullstory, Google Analytics)
  • 2+ years’ building products in consumer technology or healthcare experience preferred
