Sr. Recruiter

Our platform provides subsidized medically tailored meals and healthy grocery delivery at reduced costs, or even free, through partnerships with insurance companies, governments, universities, non-profits, and employers.

We're looking for a talented and passionate Sr. Recruiter who is experienced in attracting and retaining top talent, and understands the importance of building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role involves partnering with our hiring managers and teams across the organization to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Tangelo's growth and objectives.

Role Scope:

• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to understand effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments
• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand role needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies and channels to find and engage top talent
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees
• Enhance and promote our employer brand to attract top candidates who align with our company's values and mission
• Advocate for and implement diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment strategies
• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

Requirements

• Proven success as a Sr. Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role in a fast-paced and growing organization
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with both internal teams and potential candidates
• Highly motivated self-starter, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
