Overview:
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to understand effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments
- Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand role needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies and channels to find and engage top talent
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees
- Enhance and promote our employer brand to attract top candidates who align with our company's values and mission
- Advocate for and implement diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Proven success as a Sr. Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role in a fast-paced and growing organization
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment
- Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with both internal teams and potential candidates
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
