Job summary
As a Junior Recruiter, your mission is to focus strategically on attracting and retaining international talent and/or ramping up your hiring efforts in new locations to fulfil specific business needs, responsible to manage the entire recruiting cycle, for candidate sourcing and screening, writing formal job offers and managing the candidate experience.
Main responsibilities
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Recruiting of global positions (Corporate, OPS, Sales, etc.) in cooperation with regional HR teams
- Managing global recruiting channels
- Maintaining data base for potential internal candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Conduct telephone or video interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Governance for global recruiting process (one-stop-shop for global clients)
- Managing global recruiting webpage
Additional task can be assigned at any time, based on the growing business requirements
Competencies and professional background
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)
- Very high English level
- Experience in collecting, analyzing and maintaining data gathered to support targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning)
- Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
- Experience in active sourcing and managing talent pools
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, influencing and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
- Good analytical skills, process understanding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and very good interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Independent working style and high commitment
- Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
