This position is for responsible for working on a diverse range of project activities (e.g., vendor management), transformation and other strategic corporate initiatives as it relates to the Elevate program. In this program, we are designing and enabling leading class processes, technology, data, and governance across Finance, Procurement, Device Supply Chain and Network Supply Chain. The program is organized across major process areas including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Plan to Produce Network, Plan to Produce Device, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Business Performance Management and Special Services (Tax and Treasury). This position will be managing project activities for mid to large and complex projects across various functional project teams that may be comprised of several departments that have high visibility, aggressive schedules, and require negotiation skills to balance the needs of project stakeholders.
Projects may be technical in nature and have implications and impacts associated with T-Mobile business process, systems, system applications and data. This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively uses communications to ensure project health, transparency to risk and to maintain a strong project team sense of respect and trust. Identifies potential risks across a broad number of individual projects within a program and establishes communications and mitigations to address them.
  • Communicates risks in clear business terms and technical terms and provides clear messaging and solution options at a senior leadership and executive level in both planned and ad hoc scenarios.
  • Establishes the KPI measurements and quality control points and aligns reporting to track progress against the measurements.
  • Proactively anticipates and mitigates issues through validation.
  • Defines and establishes the overall structure and support activities. Adjusts resources and organizational structure as the focus and goals of the program change to ensure efficient delivery of results.
  • Accountable for program setup and onboarding.
  • Establishes the tools and processes to track and report on the program health and progress towards program goals.
  • Is accountable for and drives status reporting for a diverse range of project activities (e.g., vendor management, budget management and value realization), transformation and other strategic corporate initiatives as it relates to the Elevate program and meetings as communication and management tools.
  • Sets stakeholder and program team expectations and ensures that the deliverables are aligned with program business goals.

Washington Pay Range: $103,000 - $140,000


The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
