Project Manager Jobs

A leading Beverage/CPG organization is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team! You will be responsible for executing key company projects, including Innovation, Brand Refresh/ Renovation, Implementation of S&OP processes, and new company systems onboarding and integration, while supporting the Operations and Marketing teams.

Relocation Assistance to the Clearwater/Tampa, FL area will be provided! Will require 2-3 days in office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross functional teams including marketing, operations, sales and finance
• Assist in the development of measurement processes/methods
• Plan and manage multiple related projects
• Provide business-focused manufacturing support, analysis, and coordination for tactical issues
• Oversight of estimation of budgets and time lines
• Oversight of co-man, 3PL, and new supplier projects
• Manage initiatives including PIMs integration, Power Bi implementation, and portfolio management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar field required, MBA preferred
• Strong background and knowledge of supply chain processes
• PMP Certification Preferred
• CPG Project Management experience required
• Excellent PowerBi and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
• Proven ability to lead a team
