Project Manager Jobs

T he Project Manager, CSB implements services, products, and equipment, ensuring the scope is delivered efficiently, accurately, and cost effectively. Project Managers must be able to apply PM standard procedures and practices on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all resources and activities are completed as warranted and on time. With all projects, the PM should ensure that any roadblocks are communicated in a timely manner, an acceptable resolution is reached, and that implementations are completed successfully.
Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and client expectations.
• Manage the project budget.
• Project Managers will be required to direct team members as projects are deployed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide overall day-to-day project direction.
• Manage change order requests.
• Although this role has no direct reports, Project Managers are expected to mentor Project Coordinators.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines per the detailed project work plan to implement Office 365 products.
• Prepare weekly, or as needed, status reports to project team/executive management.
• Facilitate issue and problem resolutions.
• Participate in all project status meetings and other critical meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Monitor all activities to ensure efficient and effective use of project team resources.

Required
Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or equivalent years of related professional experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications required.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Exchange, Outlook, Excel, etc.) skills required.
• +3 years of professional experience supporting IT or service implementation teams required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Project Managers work standard business hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Some projects may require being engaged during non-standard business hours for customer specific activities. Travel will not be a normal part of the Project Manager's job but may be necessary at times. As a general rule, Project Managers will not be required to lift equipment. Project Managers should be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
