Rapidly growing digital marketing agency in Downtown Orlando looking for Project Manager with hands-on experience.

Daily Tasks Will Comprise Of The Following

• Tracking ad metrics and assigning tasks to optimize ads
• (ideally) Assist in launch of paid social accounts
• Report regularly on status of projects
• Send project deliverables to account manager and relay any questions/responses from internal team members
• Assist with repurposing content for different channels
• Follow up with team members regarding tasks that are overdue / pending
• Become an expert in Asana - keep tasks organized, with proper headings, tasks, comments etc,
• Track and assign plans and strategy to ensure timely completion of tasks
• (ideally)Assist in launch of PPC campaigns
• Access issues with Social and ensure posting is done on time
• Assist in documenting all internal processes
• Identify trends in analytics / metrics and be proactive with accounts
• Put together monthly company email that is sent to clients
• External party follow ups for client happiness assessment
• Assist with bi-weekly reports on different marketing initiative reports
