ABOUT THE POSITION:
Anchin is actively seeking a highly talented Regulations, Compliance & Investigations (RCI) Sr. Manager/Director professional for managing their RCI practice group. Great opportunity for someone to expand their experience in RCI work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading teams in compliance and integrity monitoring, and investigations on behalf of government agencies or companies that do business with federal, state, and local governments.
- Ability and experience with databases.
- Experience with MWBE compliance, construction monitoring, and prevailing wage issues are a plus.
- Forensic accounting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Similar experience working in government agencies is a plus, but not required.
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Must have experience preparing responses to RFPs as well as other business development experience.
- Must be able to train and develop staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required or equivalent experience
Experience:
- An individual with at least 10 years’ experience leading teams in the area of compliance and integrity monitoring, and investigations on behalf of government agencies or companies that do business with federal, state and local governments.
