We are searching for a high energy equity professional to scale our Equity programs. This role offers a steep learning curve, the opportunity to scale a function, and a platform to make a lasting impact on Miro’s business.

About The Role
We are searching for a high energy equity professional to scale our Equity programs. This role offers a steep learning curve, the opportunity to scale a function, and a platform to make a lasting impact on Miro’s business.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity-related inquiries. Educate employees on equity plan details and benefits.
- Play an integral role in preparing for the IPO from an equity administration perspective
- Develop an agile function focused on partnership and business needs
- Oversee all aspects of our equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other equity-based incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. Prepare and file necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Total Rewards, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless administration of these programs
- Support internal and external audits related to equity administration. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the integrity of equity data.
- Experience working in rapidly scaling, public company environments - prior experience in the SaaS industry or other technology-driven sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms (Carta, Shareworks etc)
- Restlessness with the status quo with a balanced perspective on what to prioritize.
- 5+ years of experience in stock administration, equity compensation, or similar roles
- Clarity of thought paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse.
- A “builder’s mindset” focused on learning, iterating, and scaling.
- Deal with sensitive employee information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
- A partnership-first mentality.
