About The Role


We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support Workday's Vice President of Product Marketing. In this role, This person will bring high energy, strong project management skills, and is comfortable making decisions on behalf of busy executives while providing outstanding support. Workday is a fast-growing company, and you will need to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities across many leaders within the organization. Integrity and confidentiality is required, as the Executive Assistant will be working on sensitive projects, be close to confidential information, and will work directly with Workday customers and executives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ability to orchestrate events creatively and with limited direction. Includes advising on budget, logistics & securing resources that delivers a VIP service through thoughtful planning with attention to detail, generating a remarkable experience.
  • Manage the executive’s daily schedule, anticipating needs, opportunities and solving for challenges.
  • Process expense reports in Workday and ensure spend is within budget. Monitor and predict spending and advise appropriately.
  • Partner closely with the executive’s Chief of Staff on special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate team events/offsites and other meetings, including management of meeting details (logistics, agendas, catering, initializing presentations, and attendee updates).
  • Be a Workday Product Marketing culture champion: identify and run creative opportunities to promote WD, PMK – both within our team and with our internal partners
  • Apply advanced skills in booking domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground travel), including sophisticated planning of meeting agendas and logistics, building detailed itineraries.
  • Build relationships and partnerships, both internal and external, which are crucial to the success of the organization.


About You


Basic Qualifications


  • 8+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives.


Other Qualifications


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent skills working with office applications including Outlook, G-Suite and Zoom.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with little to no direction and guidance.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and has the utmost integrity.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States


The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CA.San Francisco


Primary Location Base Pay Range: $121,700 - $182,500


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $103,300 - $182,500
