Job Description
:
Are you an enthusiastic, data-driven individual who is passionate about seeing your ideas come to life? Phreesia is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our growing team and play an integral role in understanding our business and helping tell Phreesia's story to our auditors. As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will build strong partnerships as you gather and improve audit data across the organization. With each step, you will work to simplify and clarify the audit cycle for HITRUST, PCI, SOC2 & others.

What You'll Do
  • Develop program governance capabilities including policies, program management, and executive reporting
  • Lead company through HITRUST, PCI & SOC2 audits annually, including pre-work, annual planning, procedure & policy updates, evidence collection automation and any remediation activities
  • Work with automation teams to simplify, accelerate and standardize audit data collection of population and sample requests
  • Provide technical design recommendations to address audit & compliance narratives in partnership with technology SMEs and leadership
  • Lead very senior contributors through Audit responsibilities, contribute to a culture that builds strong partnerships within the team and across the company
What You'll Bring
  • HITRUST experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting vendor risk management through survey's, CAIQs, software reviews, contractual negotiation, and integration design reviews
  • CISM, CISA, or CISSP preferred
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Position is 100% remote for candidates in the US or Canada
  • Demonstrable program and project management to drive the risk program and related projects
  • Experience in organizational audit readiness, including automation, pre-audit validations, and narrative validations at the policy, procedure and implementation levels
  • Ability to provide audit defense during fieldwork, evidence collection & final review phases
  • Contributes to a risk management discussion on a broad range of technologies and platforms
  • Policy administrator experience with security policies, standards, and procedures
Base pay for US is $125,000 - $165,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
