Government Compliance Analyst Jobs

Leidos Corporate Group currently has an opening for a Government Compliance Analyst to join our Government Compliance team. The ideal candidate would be an individual contributor who is technologically savvy, focused on performing various audit support type activities. This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functional areas and in-depth insights into the corporate financial structure and regulatory matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support external audits by retrieving various documentation
• Perform self-assessments for our internal teams
• Other duties, as assigned
• Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivots, vlookups, sumif, and concatenate functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related major with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Well-developed analytical and research abilities
• Detail oriented with strong documentation skills
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
• Self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work as part of a team and effectively interact with colleagues and Company employees across all functions and levels
• Strong and effective communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Government Contracting
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Leidos systems, policies, and procedures
• Experience with Costpoint, Deltek, Cognos, Workday, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

Please note that this is a junior position with a budgeted pay of 60K - 65K.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $39,650.00 - $61,000.00 - $82,350.00
