Senior Account Manager - Tiger Tracks


Our company is growing extremely quickly and we’re looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to take ownership of our diverse portfolio of clients as we continue to scale.

Position Description


This person will use their relationship-building skills to provide exceptional service and communication to clients regarding digital marketing performance and holistic growth strategy. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients. You have expert marketing knowledge and understand how different types of digital campaigns and funnels fuel customer acquisition and business growth.



Role & Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (5-10 main accounts) by owning the client relationship, overseeing account performance and outcomes, and delivering against internal and external growth goals.
  • Provide outstanding service by proactively communicating with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
  • Use your expertise of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels to work alongside Tiger Tracks campaign specialists to effectively optimize our clients’ campaign performance.
  • Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize their advertising investment by understanding business drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating short, medium, and long-term plans for sustainable business growth.


Qualifications


  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with the ability to understand different business models and industries.
  • 3+ years working in account management or sales within advertising, consulting, or media.
  • 3 years of experience and expert Google Ads and Meta Ads knowledge.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate strategies and tactics and how they align with client goals.
  • Proven track-record thriving in fast-paced environments and delivering against ambitious targets.
  • Experience in a client-facing role successfully working with senior external stakeholders.

Compensation:


$100,000-$135,000 base salary depending on experience with bonus plan and exciting equity offering.
