Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to recruit and advise students from College of DuPage (COD) and secondary school districts in the DuPage area into the existing VCSU Technology and Engineering Education (TEE) Articulated Transfer Agreement. This may later include additional community colleges neighboring COD and their affiliated secondary school districts.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Education (BSED) Degree or higher with working experience and leadership in a Technology and Engineering Education (TEE) or Career and Technical Education (CTE) field of study; knowledge of College of DuPage (COD) and affiliated school districts therein; reside near College of DuPage (COD) and affiliated school districts, possess a valid Driver’s License; ability to travel throughout the COD district; lift and move 10 pounds; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; experience using email; and ability to communicate verbally, non-verbally, clearly, and professionally are preferred. Reside in College of DuPage School District or surrounding districts.

Preferred Qualifications:
A Masters Degree with current/former TEE/CTE Department Chair experience and basic knowledge of VCSU-COD Technology Education Articulated Transfer Agreement and Program therein. Ability to utilize computer and workflow information systems, aid in the delivery and sharing of recruiting and advising services. Understand FERPA regulations to ensure confidentiality of data sharing, advising, recruiting, student records and other information.

Compensation:
$65.00 per hour.
