Job Description

Our client, a global tech company, seeks a REMOTE project Contract Manager for a 3–5-month period.


THIS IS A NON-ATTORNEY ROLE


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Review and analyze vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and risk management guidelines;
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, business stakeholders, and vendors to negotiate contract terms.
  • Identify key contract terms, conditions, and obligations, and ensure that they are accurately reflected in the contract language; and


REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in the following areas:

  • Vendor management
  • Contract negotiation
  • Contract management
  • Thinksmart
  • Contract management systems
  • Risk management
  • Mac computers
  • Legal and compliance understanding
  • Google suite, including Gmail for Business
