This is a commission based job with an average first year salary of $75k-$100k/year.*


About This Role


Are you a master of persuasion with a passion for clean energy? Lumio is looking for a Solar Sales Champion to join our team! As our Solar Sales Representative you'll get to show off your charm and win over customers with your expertise in solar products. You'll have the chance to work independently and build relationships with potential customers in a fun and exciting environment.


Overall Responsibilities


  • Build a network of customers by generating leads and following up on sales
  • Educate potential customers about Lumio’s solar products and services
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques
  • Knock on doors and engage potential customers with your charming personality


Qualifications


  • A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (preferred but not required)
  • A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for renewable energy
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
