Position Overview
At EAC we strive to provide the world’s best product development technology and services to our customers by building long-term relationships that provide continuously increasing value. We are looking for someone that is assertive, motivated, self-disciplined, engaging and business savvy. As a Software Sales Executive your primary function is to develop new business as well as develop relationships with key personnel at existing customers. In addition, you are responsible for selling the full product suite EAC has to offer in the assigned territory. This includes sales of software and services, implementation, training, process consulting, and engineering.
PLEASE NOTE: The position is remote however we are looking for the Software Sales Executive to reside in the Wisconsin/Illinois Region. Re-location package offered.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.
- Investigate and develop sales opportunities for product development consulting and/or training consulting within the assigned territory.
- Develop long term relationships with clients.
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present, and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.
- Other duties as assigned as company needs dictate.
- To achieve assigned revenue quota by selling software products and EAC solutions to the engineering sector of the discrete manufacturing companies with a focus on new business
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Knowledge, skills, and abilities may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position.
- Must have 3-5 Years Sales Experience
- Must have prior software sales experience.
- Must have superb Customer Service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to understand and pass training courses related to the technology, products, and services EAC offers to the client.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must reside (or willing to re-locate) in Wisconsin or Illinois
- Must be motivated, results-oriented, and driven to accomplish the company’s objective and goals.
Additional Information
COMPENSATION
Base Pay - $80-100K per year plus Commission. Overall Earnings $100K - unlimited potential
