Site Director, Youth Development

The YMCA is looking for fun, hard working, individuals looking to make an impact in our community. This position will provide before and after school care in elementary schools in the Portland Public School District. We are currently hiring Site Directors for several of our programs throughout the district, including schools in NE and SE Portland.

The YMCA offers benefits for full and part time employees including retirement contribution, program discounts, sick pay, membership to a YMCA facility, and tuition reimbursement. Full time employees will also receive vacation pay and are eligible for health insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

The Site Director is responsible for hiring and supervising program staff, maintaining all licensing standards, managing aspects of a budget including ordering required supplies, and communicate with parents and school staff to foster positive relationships with our communities among other responsibilities.

Requirements:

The Site Director, Youth Development oversees the operation of before and after school programming as an employee of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette and participates in financial development, staff development, philanthropic development and program development.
