HDI Support Center Analyst. Certifications are required within one year of hire date.

Physical Requirements
Occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 lbs.; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.

Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm. May require some weekends and holidays per department needs.

Job Summary
The successful Service Desk Analyst I will provide tier 1 support of all ITS incidents and requests for UK Healthcare. Primary duties include incident and request intake, documentation, and resolution; problem analysis; and project task fulfillment.
Multiple positions available.
This position has been identified as supporting UK HealthCare, which receives funding from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Therefore, all individuals hired into this position must comply with the federal CMS mandate issued in March of 2022. This mandate requires all new hires to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of employment. Start of employment cannot occur until two weeks after receiving the full COVID-19 vaccination series or upon obtaining an approved exemption. Only vaccines approved by the World Health Organization can be accepted.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Windows Experience; MacOS Experience; Troubleshooting Experience on various computing devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, etc.
