All about the role:
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent who can handle anything our diverse customer base throws their way - from executives to factory workers, and everyone in between!
You'll work alongside a team of tech-savvy problem-solvers to provide top-notch customer service to our call center, factory, and office personnel. We measure success by how happy our customers are and how quickly we can resolve their issues.
Whether it's a hardware hiccup or a software snafu, you'll have the tools and support you need to get the job done.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures for Help Desk operating environment.
  • Identify potential outages and other problem (via information gathering, ticket trends, etc.) and communicate the information to IT Management in a timely manner.
  • Effectively implement the steps found in available resources by following the instructions and using a variety of remote access, user admin, and related tools
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline processes to provide quality business service.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Management.
  • Accurately diagnose client technical issues; gather the necessary information; and perform standard, preliminary research using all relevant available resources.

Qualifications required:

  • Comp TIA A+ (preferred)
  • Associate degree in field related to Computer Technology, IT, or technical field (preferred)
  • 2 years of IT experience (Shool or Work related) and 1-2 years technical phone support.
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) (preferred)
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
