Job Description

Assist guests with the check in/check out process in a professional and courteous manner based on Rosen Standards. Provide outstanding guest service by greeting, welcoming and informing guests.Maintain records, perform transactions and settle guest accounts at the end of their stay.

Minimum Requirements


The minimum requirements for this position include, but are not limited to standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer/guest service experience. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
