Senior Vice President, Enterprise Client Services

Due to rapid company growth, his is a newly created Senior Vice President of client services and operational strategy opportunity within an award-winning technology solutions provider based in Maryland. This is an executive leadership opportunity which will oversee multiple business units and corporate functions with a track record of providing a suite of best-in-class technology solutions and services to some of the world most prestigious companies and largest government organizations. The Senior Vice President will report directly to the company’s CEO and will offer a comprehensive compensation package including competitive salary, annual bonus, stock, exceptional benefits, as well as a defined development track to the C-Suite. This position will work onsite as part of the company’s leadership team based in the Annapolis, MD area. Senior Vice President
- Communicate common strategic priorities among clients that can be addressed through product design and development.
- Build processes and relationships to ensure a high degree of interdepartmental collaboration, particularly in areas of technical support, product needs, content configuration, and finance.
- Serves as a senior executive leader responsible for growing professional services and software sales.
- Lead your organization to meet and exceed growth targets and ensure they meet Corporate strategic goals and objectives.
- Prioritize client requests based on priority and impact, in collaboration with the Vice President of Corporate Sales.
- Work with senior managers and Directors to mentor, coach, and grow professional staff capabilities.
- Work directly with Product teams to Convey client-requested product upgrades or feature requests, determine and navigate potential challenges in product usage observed or communicated by existing clients.
- Manage client relationships, set goals, collaborate with the C-Suite executives to provide and align client service strategies with corporate investment, and with overall business objectives.
- Provide executive leadership to functional operations staff regarding issues and policies including accounting, contracts, human resources, etc.
- Establish and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly annual key performance indicators (KPIs) for multiple business units for operations to stay aligned with corporate expectations
- Provide executive-level transparency to client services activities. Report on performance, variances, team updates, client updates, and initiatives.
- Lead client communications across multiple business units to ensure regular, active contact with existing and prospective clients and handle client escalations with professional maturity and a solutions-based approach.
Senior Vice President - Job Requirements
- Experience hiring and managing a team of direct reports.
- Significant career focus and industry experience with technology solutions, software development, or professional IT services.
- Ability to work out of the company's headquarters based in Annapolis, MD. Candidates who require relocation will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field of study from an accredited University. Master’s degree or an MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience with direct P&L ownership
- 15-20 or more years of professional experience to the enterprise leadership level within related functions such as client services, software solutions, and/or executive leadership.
- Ability to lead in a matrix management environment with a proven ability to collaborate on projects with a mix of remote and centrally located team members across different time zones.
- US Citizenship
- Related experience within mid-cap or large enterprise organizations.
