Vice President Marketing Jobs

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy and self-motivated individual to identify and generate marketing opportunities in the K-12 education space. This position requires someone who has experience in supporting sales in K-12 products and understands the nuances of the edtech industry.

This is a mainly remote position with the potential for some travel for meetings with customers. MD area preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and develop prospects in order to hand-off to sales managers
• Coordinate with the rest of the sales team on lead generation and development
• Creating marketing content in video, social media and blogs/vlogs
• Identify qualified prospects and follow-up on inbound marketing leads
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on sales and marketing strategy

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Proficient with Google suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of successful sales experience
