As a member of the Technology Services team, you will work alongside peers who have won prestigious awards, like Producer of the Quarter, and consistently exceeded revenue goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from our managers, who average 10+ years of staffing industry experience and tech recruiting expertise.

Senior Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Exceed weekly and quarterly revenue and production goals
• Collaborate with recruiting peers and the sales team to urgently close business
• Specialize in recruiting within a specific vertical, including infrastructure, application development, data analytics, security, software development and ERP
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts while also consulting clients

Senior Technical Recruiter Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Motivation to succeed and be challenged
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience being held accountable to production goals
