New Healthcare Solutions is a leading full service healthcare staffing company in St. Louis, MO.

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for our Chesterfield office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all company protocols are followed & completed
• Manage healthcare professionals in various assignments
• Other duties as assigned.
• Fills all staffing needs of client facilities including deployment and scheduling of healthcare professionals
• Locate nursing, especially travel nursing and allied health professionals through a variety of sources
• Develops relationship with existing candidate network and tap potential ones
• Post jobs on the internet and utilize other effective recruiting techniques.
• Verify employment, conduct reference checks and check background licenses.
• Pre-Screen and review resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Cold Call candidates to build pipeline of potential candidates.
• Must be able to recruit candidates in high volume
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and facilitate the hiring process
• Knowledgeable in healthcare pre-employment compliance
• Perform full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and hiring
• Negotiate candidate pay and contracts
• Acts as a point-of-contact for candidates & facilities
• Plan and execute various recruitment activities

Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of specialty and non-specialty nursing, and allied health positions
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and web based job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, acute, outpatient clinics, and other medical facilities
• Experience with credentialing and on boarding
• Extremely organized and highly motivated
• Experience in effectively sourcing candidates from a variety of sources
• Knowledge of nurse registry and staffing operations
• Ability to develop relationships with individuals at all professional levels
• Minimum of one year of experience of direct healthcare recruiting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Commissions: 8% of gross profit
