6+ years experience developing, deploying, and driving talent and engagement processes that scale in global organizations

Superior presentation, communication and story-telling skills; able to develop program collateral that conveys transformational concepts

Eight or more years of professional experience with at least three years of experience working in people and talent management

Three or more years of people, complex project, program, and/or product management experience

Strong analytical skills and experience using talent and performance-related data to measure outcomes

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, specifically in data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and presentation design.

Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing and selection.

Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting

Sound interview and evaluation skills

Strong sourcing background with experience filling roles at the exempt level
