Senior Manager Talent Management Jobs

Design, implement, and facilitate talent reviews to evaluate a complex mix of leaders’ performance, skills, aspirations, potential, and readiness to succeed

Partner and co-facilitate manager training with Learning & Development

5+ years of experience in leading or implementing talent management processes and programs within an organization, preferably in a matrix environment

Needs Assessment: Support cross-functional business units with assessing talent needs and developing resources that align with the greater talent management strategy

Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain vendor/consultant relationships.

Excellence in consulting, coaching, influencing, facilitation, communication, process development, project management, change management, analysis, evaluation, and problem solving

Knowledge of HRIS systems and talent management software is an advantage.

Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns, improve

·Hands on program experiences leading development, performance management, HiPO/Pipeline development, and succession.

·Build and enhance programs that build leadership competency, performance management, team development and other cyclical processes.

·3 or more years managing a team of talent management professionals.
