The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Clinical is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for DVM/VDM candidates in either a regional group of BluePearl hospitals or a group of Clinical Specialties.


As The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Clinical, You Will


  • Partners with senior leadership to be the subject matter expert, identifying workforce planning strategies and talent needs for the assigned Region or Specialty.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Communicates and negotiates all pieces of an offer package.
  • Trains hiring managers and newly acquired hospitals on the recruiting process.
  • Conducts reference and background checks on applicants and sends reports with discrepancies to P&O Business Partner for approval.
  • Participates in the interviewing process, training, supporting, and advising hiring managers.
  • In partnership with the Program Manager, Campus Recruitment, establishes relationships with universities to create a pipeline of talent for the market or specialty.
  • Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Attends conferences to build talent pipeline.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, initial phone screens, to final stage negotiations and hiring to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Partners with the supervisor to drive continuous improvement using measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics.
  • Leads, coaches, and mentors other recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Advises managers and associates on recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates interviews in partnership with the hiring manager and provides travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Partners and develops trust and strong relationships with stakeholders to provide consultation on recruitment/interview strategies, ensures alignment on specifications for each role, and hiring best practices.
  • Partners with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and senior leadership on hiring initiatives.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Proactively sources candidates (active and passive) through referrals, networking, innovative research tactics, and internal or external databases.


Education And Experience


  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or AIRS certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization of work, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Veterinary or Health Care recruiting preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the specialization as well as business needs to recommend appropriate action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Requires in-depth skills and knowledge of the specialized concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization.
