Job Description

Our Client is a well regarded regional firm. They are seeking a partner level candidate with general corporate experience.


About you:


  • You should have experience with general corporate matters, serving as outside general counsel for private companies without in-house legal teams. Providing corporate services for clients across industries, such as retail, consumer goods, food and beverage, technology, energy, software, and manufacturing.
