The Senior Styling Associate E-Commerce will be an on set styling role supporting the translation of the brand expression on our ecommerce platforms through styling. The Senior Styling Associate will be styling at least one of our women’s family of brands, bringing the styling message to life. This role will focus on Women’s but be able to support across men’s and kid‘s if relevant experience. This role will report to the Styling Lead, Women E-Commerce.

• Stay current with and discuss industry and market trends, to ensure we stay ahead of consumer trends and continue to elevate our brands through styling.
• Experience in women's fashion ecommerce and a portfolio that reflects relevant and up to date work
• May mentor styling assistant
• Collaborate and communicate information to support smooth running of sets with studio teams
• Translate advertising and campaign assets via direction form Styling Management and style guides
• Follow direction in brand style guide
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Style out ahead of shoot dates with sign off from Styling Manager, or Lead.
• Have empathy and assume best intentions
• Support seasonal styling updates and elevation, standardized as part of the style guide.
• Recognize opportunities that drive future quality or process improvement and discuss with Styling Lead
• Brand representative and point of contact for freelancers on same set
• Great communicator
• Partner with producers, photographers, creative leads, and operations, to ensure efficient workflow to support quality output.
