Ecom Associate Jobs

You lead the development and execution of personalized SMS campaigns and Journeys as well as manage the merchandising of Wolford webshop and SMS process, including building a SMS calendar, creating A/B tests, managing the details of each campaign, partnering with creative team to develop campaign assets, analyzing performance and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for email, SMS and web push campaigns including segmentation and audience targeting, testing and deployment
• Work with brand and creative teams to ensure necessary campaign assets are planned, briefed, and completed on time, supporting increasingly personalized campaigns
• Be able to create attractive content in the CRM
• Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and and promotions
• Serve as point person and primary point of contact on all SMS needs. This spans all steps of the SMS creation process, from meeting with marketing to build campaigns for distinct audiences
• Ensure highest accuracy and quality for all campaigns
• Report monthly on KPIs and performance, revenue, and learnings
• Develop KPIs and establish effective reporting/analysis and dashboards; identify opportunities for ongoing campaign and ROI optimization
• Use data-driven insights to understand and meet consumer needs with personalized customer communication and content
• Work with team to understand segment-level objectives and create custom offers and targeted initiatives to help achieve these audience objectives
• Strong site merchandising skillset to curate aesthetically pleasing PLP, HP and Content assets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the e-Commerce Industry
• Must be proficient in Excel & Google Analytics
• Proven success creating and managing email/SMS campaigns and multi-channel customer journeys
