Senior Styling Associate Jobs

Experience in fashion styling and/or visual merchandising. E-commerce styling a plus

Experience in women's fashion ecommerce and a portfolio that reflects relevant and up to date work

Brand representative and point of contact for freelancers on same set

Follow direction in brand style guide

Collaborate and communicate information to support smooth running of sets with studio teams

Experience in time management and deadline-driven shoot processes

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Travel requirements 30% or more of the time

Understands the global luxury landscape with the foundations of fashion styling

Willing and able to travel domestic and internationally

Familiar with Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, and all social media platforms

-Sample trafficking and communicating with brands to organize sample loans/returns

12+ years managing, developing, and leading highly skilled and creative, independent styling teams/departments.

Experience must include both campaign styling leadership and studio styling leadership.

Extensive experience briefing and directing external agencies in insights, creative strategy, and project delivery.

Experience working with cross-functional global leadership partners in the development and advancement of strategic work.

·6+ years of Styling or Visual Merchandising and corporate headquarters experience with in-store retail knowledge.

·Proven Styling experience (portfolio required).

·Cultural awareness, competitive analysis, and knowledge/understanding of current runway and street trends.

·Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners.

·Preferred: 4-year college degree in Visual Merchandising, Art, Design, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
