Senior Specialist, Operations (R)

Senior Specialist, Operations is responsible for supporting the growth and maintenance of marketplaces. They will ensure that all aspects of marketplace operations are aligned to overall marketplace goals which includes driving efficiency in how we go-to market on the front and how we inform demand on the back end (e.g. inventory in-stock performance, pricing and marketing). They will utilize existing experience to establish standardized operating processes for various models within third party delivery and pick-up marketplaces.

The ideal candidate can utilize KPIs to inform their decision making, can work autonomously with minimal oversight, leverages curiosity to drive action and results, and has a strong bias for action to increase efficiency. Frequent independent judgments are essential, as well as the ability to think outside of the box to achieve results.

• Analyze store performance and advise on action plans to improve metrics to meet standards. Develop Operating procedures for store fulfilled orders.
• Work with marketplace leadership to build plans to support growth goals and help execute those goals successfully.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
• Report weekly on the health of the marketplace business, specifically operational KPIs (e.g. Out of stocks, shopper acceptance, and substitution rate).
• Analyze key metrics (consumer and financial) to assist in decisions related to assortment, pricing, and marketing.
• Serve as the go-to expert in marketplace operations and maintain a library of best practices for internal teams.
• Coordinate store hours with 3rd party partners for delivery and pickup windows.
• Manage daily performance and share out metrics daily with Operations and Marketplace leadership.

Salary Range: $72k-$103k

• 7 years of experience in Retail Operations experience required (Rite Aid experience a plus) required.
• 2 years managing in-store order fulfillment preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control required.
• 2 years of experience in amazon seller central preferred.
