Senior Research Associate - Cell Biology

Position Summary
Sanofi is discovering highly potent cancer therapies that are optimized for minimal side effects using our universal, protease-releasable masking technology (Pro-XTEN). Our discovery process utilizes innovative Protein Engineering and masking strategies to generate Conditionally-Activated Biologics. We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate to join our Multidisciplinary Discovery Team. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of cancer research and immunotherapy or proven expertise in recombinant protein expression from mammalian cells. The individual will design and conduct high quality experiments independently to support and advance therapeutic candidates from early discovery to IND-enabling studies. They will be responsible for data analysis and interpretation, thorough documentation of work, and clear communication of results in group settings.
Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 3+ years of work experience or a Master’s degree with 1+ years of work experience. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Prior experience working with T cell engagers and/or cytokines is highly desired
• Strong background in immunology and experience working in immune oncology is preferred
• Experience in Immunology, Immune Oncology research or Biology.
• Experience in the Biotech/Pharma industry preferred
• Proven expertise with in vitro immunology laboratory techniques that include cell isolation, FACS, cytokine analysis, cytotoxicity assays, and proliferation assays is desired
• Proficiency with software such as Geneious, GraphPad Prism, SoftmaxPro etc.

The salary range for this position is $68,145.00 - 90,860.00 to $113,575.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
