As a Senior Program Manager, you'll work with product teams across Roblox to land China product strategy and lead goals across our player and developer suite of products. You will also need to build customer empathy with users in China and serve as their advocate to define and prioritize what is important. This is a full-time position based in San Mateo (Roblox HQ) with travel opportunities to China and reporting to Director of Product.
You Will

• Prepare and manage consumer-facing product requirements for Roblox players and developers in China.
• Have the opportunity to travel to Roblox China (Luobu) Shenzhen office.
• Research and better understand China user pain points and help direct us towards finding suitable solutions for users around the world.

• Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and product owners to accomplish complex product requirements.
• Balance input from several team members and external partners with competing priorities and timelines.
• Manage cross team dependencies, and coordinate cross-team programs and blocking issues.
• Work with a multicultural team, across companies and time zones.

You Have

• 5+ years of experience in program management, in which you manage software projects that cut across multiple partners and organizations.
• Consumer IT products or services experience , with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience working across cross-geo and multicultural teams.
• Dynamic and flexible, who creates opportunity out of uncertainty and ambiguity (e.g. changing requirements or incomplete data)
• A logical and systematic framework approach.
• Communication skills ; verbal and written in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

You Are

• Experienced in building platforms and/or have a PMP or Six Sigma certification preferable.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$202,740—$241,470 USD
