About This Team
The Sr. Program Manager, is responsible for managing a series of large high-complexity multi-year projects or multiple concurrent projects within the Global Fulfillment program portfolio. This can include work within complex cross-functional transformations, standing up new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts within specific geographies and locations. The Program Manager will partner with Global Fulfillment leadership to stand up and lead a project within the PMO portfolio across several functions, including work to plan, design, and deliver against the project deliverables and milestones while helping to enable business priorities, including growth, guest service and cost improvements.

• Monitor program and project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics
• Ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.
• Champion lululemon’s culture and core values.
• Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the program
• Establish, evaluate, and maintain performance standards for all areas of program and project management to ensure performance targets are achieved while continually looking for ways to enhance delivery and reduce costs.
• Manage change requests and intake management
• Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews.
• Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific program scope of service requirements.
• As a part of your program, partner with the Technology organization as a workstream to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope.
• Manage a large, high-complexity program or multiple concurrent projects within the Global Supply Chain portfolio and partner with PMO leadership to build detailed project plans, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase capital efficiency
• Assist in implementation and dissemination of effective program and project management practices across functions, including processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the program scope and component workstreams
• Work with internal stakeholders to create program and project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans
• Develop and manage the tracking of program budget

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus
• Proven experience in project management with multiple workstreams
• Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills; including the ability to provide innovative, strategic ideas to management, communicate value, gain approval and implement effectively
• Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
• MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets
• Demonstrated executive-level presence
• B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a dispersed team and prioritize work
• Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage lead and manage change across cross-functional teams
• Ability to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals

Compensation And Benefits Package
For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from $126,000 - $165,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
