The Role
We are hiring our first Senior People Business Partner to work as a strategic Talent partner to all department leaders. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer to build and sustain an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to all employees and works to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Contributes to performance management strategy and owns key parts of the regular performance cycle, spanning calibration and comp planning.
  • Partners closely with Finance and Leadership team on company budget and key financial metrics.
  • Works closely with department leaders to drive headcount planning and provides strategic input to ensure thoughtful and effective org design.
  • Engages as a thought partner to managers and leaders on employee relations and Talent development matters.
Who You Are
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and management styles.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders, including delivering feedback and challenging assumptions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
  • At least four years working in an HR/Talent role.
  • Comfortable and skilled with numbers, in particular financial analysis tied to headcount and compensation planning.
  • Experience working with a technical workforce (engineering, product, etc.).
