Description

The Maps Program Team is responsible for defining and delivering projects that delight our customers and enhance the Apple ecosystem. We help lead diverse groups of hard-working people to extraordinary outcomes.

As a Senior Manager of Program Management, you will be responsible for the definition, execution, and delivery of a large and diverse portfolio of work. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager; accountable and adaptable; strategic and analytical; and possess strong communication and partnership skills.

As a member of our team, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of dedicated Program Managers.

- Owning and delivering a large portfolio of critical projects and initiatives.

- Driving all aspects of the software development process including determining requirements, scoping work, developing plans, generating schedules, assembling teams, and implementing and shipping products or features.

- Communicating up, down and across every level of our organization, from individual contributors to executives.

- Making critical decisions and tradeoffs to ensure we are building the right thing every step of the way.

- Bringing clarity, accountability and extraordinary judgment to every decision, big or small.

- Building and sustaining successful partnerships across Maps and Apple.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience will be considered

While having a technical degree and/or background is not necessary for this role, it would be extremely helpful.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,500 and $334,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
