Senior Manager, Procurement Jobs

Netspend is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Procurement organization within Finance. The person in this position will work closely with strategic business teams across all functions to ensure that procurement activities are aligned in accordance with Netspend’s strategy. Deliver maximum business benefit through strong negotiations across a wide range of indirect spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with and management to provide oversight and reporting of vendor spend analytics, reporting, and recommendations
• Manage Key Performance Indicators and monitor relevant productivity and operational metrics
• Assist with Procure to Pay initiatives in managing projects, working in tandem with departments across the organization to maximize value
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
• Continuous Improvement:
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs through negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier selection
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and drive operational excellence
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and high ROI and improve organizational efficiency
• Lead Rfx events for the organization

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel and data aggregation skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Analytical, detail oriented, organized, and independent
• P2P experience/general process knowledge required; experience in Oracle preferred
• Able to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent – Focus in Finance or Supply Chain Preferred

Position Information and Requirements:

• If applicable, must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• 8-10+ years of work experience in procurement or vendor management
• Must have graduated with a degree from an accredited college or university
• Must reside in the U.S.; position is 4 days / week in-office in Austin TX
