Senior Manager Of Purchasing/Production

Dae is a clean and vegan hair care brand that was founded by Amber Fillerup in 2020. Dae’s essentials are simple, effective and are beautifully designed to elevate any daily hair ritual.

Core responsibilities:

· Manages the flow of goods, resources to ensure that critical processes run effectively to achieve org goals and performance KPI.

· Execute all purchase order requests from supply planner to quote and issue. Ensure all cogs meet cogs targets.

· Monitor all purchase orders for FG/ Components and samples and work with CMs and vendors to keep timing on track for due dates and update log.

· Expedite/ De-expedite pos as necessary based on supply plan.

· Provide component availability updates to CMs and resolve any bottlenecks or problems that may arise.

· Escalate any risks that may arise from production on timing/quality.

· Schedule all freight in for incoming pos – FG/ components.

· Ensure delivery of production to 3PL and availability of inventory on time.

· Perform all receiving transactions in system according to vendor incoterms.

· Complete all production orders in system to roll up into a finished good based on consumptions reports.

· Manage all vendor setups/ changes including incoterms/payment terms

· Approve all invoices for pos to make sure 3 way matched with receipts.

· Run inventory reconciliations monthly with all CMs to compare and resolve any discrepencies.

· Run month end adjustments for any inventory needs.

· Manage month end process for closing the month accurately and on time including finalizing all receipts/workorders/adjustments and more.

· Look for cogs opportunities for freight/ component/fills.
