Senior Manager, Hotel Procurement

One of the nation’s leading hospitality organizations is currently seeking a Senior Hotel Procurement Manager to aid in the success of their growing team. This individual will have a focus most heavily on procurement and purchasing of various OS&E/F&B spend categories. This role is a pivotal and strategic position with exceptional growth opportunity within the organization.

This role will be hybrid based in Miami, FL. (Relocation Assistance provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Strategic Sourcing Processes for Operations, Supplies, Equipment, Services, Food & Beverage etc.
• Research and negotiate vendor agreements and contracts
• Review suppliers and KPI development
• Establish and manage key supplier relations and supplier negotiations
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and executives within the company to execute short and long-term objectives
• Effectively lead and manage a team across Operations and Services

Key Qualifications:

• The ability to network effectively in the industry
• Hospitality/Travel industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Must have great relationship skills and executive presence
• Proven supplier relationship experience
• 7-10+ years Procurement experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
