Company Overview
- Data entry for incoming inventory/returns into software for tracking
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the purchasing department.
- Post invoices to CMIC
- Reconciliation of invoices versus statements
- Post all materials movement into the system (Motion)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Interface with the accounting department
- Process vendor invoices to match with relevant P.O
- Accounts payable prep
- Assist with invoice processing and approvals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- High attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to deal with some repetitive activity
- At least two years of clerical experience is preferred
