Job Description

Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP).

Irvine, CA

Hybrid (3 days per week in office)


Requires: 5+ years of HR experience, including 3 years as HRBP and HRIS systems knowledge. Tech and/or professional services industry experience is required. Experience scaling a rapidly growing firm.


Our client is a fast-growing, global technology consulting & services company. The company provides digital solutions to business challenges in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, higher education, the public sector, and manufacturing.


The company has an opening for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with enhanced tech services HR experience to join its growing team. The Sr. HRBP will partner with internal business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the firm’s overall goals and objectives. The Sr. HRBP will have the opportunity to shape the HR function and make a significant impact on the organization's success. The company is looking for a candidate who is passionate about HR, committed to continuous learning and development, and ready to take on new challenges as the company expands its business.


Responsibilities of the Senior HRBP:

· Partner with business leaders to understand their business objectives and identify HR strategies that support them.

· Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

· Collaborate with business leaders to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations across multiple parts of the United States.

· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

· Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

· Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including creating onboarding plans and conducting orientation sessions.

· Manage local lease agreements and other ancillary needs for the local Dallas office.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

· Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

· Analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders on trends and opportunities.

· Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

· Oversee training and development initiatives, identifying skills gaps and implementing appropriate training programs to support employee growth and development.

· Coach and develop managers on leadership and HR-related skills.

· Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

· Be strategic in scaling HR processes and practices to support the projected growth of the company.

Qualifications of the Sr. HRBP:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred

· 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role

· Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Knowledge of California labor laws.and regulations is preferred.

· Tech services and or professional services industry experience

· Experience scaling a fast-growing company and centralizing processes

· Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related technology

· Experience working within a global company and interacting with global HR team

· Strong business acumen and ability to understand business strategies and objectives

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed oriented

· A passion for people, HR and an engaging corporate culture
