We are looking for exceptional talent to join Adobe as a Senior HR Business Partner to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences. Our Senior HR Business Partners are on the front lines every day making things happen across the business so that we can continue to transform how people and brands tell their stories. For this specific role, you will have responsibility in partnering with Vice Presidents and senior leaders in the Digital Media GTM and Sales organizations, the largest and fastest growing business unit at Adobe.


What you'll Do


  • Be a leader throughout Adobe – speak up, be direct, and challenge when necessary to grow our leaders and the business
  • Partner with leaders on building organizations for the future, including development of key leadership talent and putting Adobe for All into action
  • Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders
  • Work to solve complex problems from critical organizational and people issues to culture and change management.
  • Seek ways to proactively improve organizational processes and implement solutions to drive the right outcomes, owning the outcome and raising the bar
What you need to succeed


  • Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Business Leader First, HR Professional Second: You are not just viewed as the “HR person” in the room. You understand the changing dynamics of the business, how it works and the implication of that change on the talent as well as the business
  • Creativity in your DNA– this is Adobe after all. We love to challenge the status quo, especially in HR!
  • Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complexity and partner with a fast paced organization that is constantly Raising the Bar. There is never a dull moment!
  • 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience in roles of increasing complexity and scope, partnering directly with senior leaders
  • Be proactive and take initiative: Get ahead of problems by anticipating them. Use data to tell the story and make decisions.
  • Understanding of our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobe’s growth
  • Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels of the organization and navigate a complex matrix
  • Expertise in organizational design and effectiveness, capability building and driving successful teams, executive coaching, navigating complex employee relations, and scaling an org with high growth
  • Design, implement, and lead change management initiatives
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,800 -- $232,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).


In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
