About Us
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including product marketing, demand generation, sales, and product to make sure that all functions are properly represented on our sites
- Defining and refining our web technology stack and key integrations, and establishing business requirements for the product manager and engineering team that implements it
- Partnering with Creative Director to bring to life our brand on our web properties
- Constantly optimizing and personalizing web experiences to increase lead conversions, pipeline, and decrease time to sale
- Leading the overall web experience, information architecture and key page templates to ensure a consistent, high quality experience for users
- Establishing a web content process to own key content pages and ensure editorial consistency across the site. Over time, growing a writing team to support.
- Web analytics tools implementation and integrations
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive web marketing strategy to drive traffic and conversions
- KPIs across SEO/discoverability, awareness, acquisition, engagement, and pipeline
- Ensuring consistency with Cloudflare web properties not owned by marketing
- Managing the leaders of our web experience and web production teams
- Using data-driven testing and refinement methods and tools to continually improve web experience outcomes
- Data-driven approach with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management across different organizations and departments. Ability to earn stakeholder confidence and exert influence.
- Experience managing web engineering teams, in-house or agency
- Ability to analyze data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with design and delivering visual assets that adhere to brand standards
- Proven experience managing high performance teams and individuals to KPIs
- 10+ years experience with web marketing, user acquisition, and demand gen to analyze and produce marketing sourced leads and pipeline on a high volume website
- Experience incorporating self serve/freemium consumption apparatus embedded within enterprise B2B web platform
- Familiarity with best of breed marketing technology, including a strong understanding of analytics tools, content management systems (preferably Contentful), Marketo, Salesforce, and testing tools
- Experience supporting both traditional enterprise and self-serve SaaS marketing pipeline and con, preferably for an organization with a complex portfolio
- Strong ability to prioritize and make good trade-off decisions between multiple projects and competing priorities within the organization
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $288,000 - $352,000.
- For Colorado-based hires and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $275,000 - $336,000.
