Senior Copywriter Jobs

Our client, a boutique agency based in South Florida is seeking a senior level Copywriter or ACD level Copywriter who is passionate about creating human-centered work for purpose-driven brands. As a storyteller, you will concept and create compelling copy for integrated campaigns, digital, TV, and experiential projects while collaborating with multi-disciplinary team of creatives on the creative vision for one or more key clients. This role can sit anywhere in the state of Florida, though travel to the office in South Florida is required on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
Responsibilities:

• Compelling storyteller for all mediums.
• Deep understanding of consumers and how to move them.
• Exceptional concept generation.
• Ability to organize project teams in partnership with the project management team.
• Effective mentorship of more junior members of the team and agency.
• Creative problem solving in any medium.
• Ability to prepare for, plan and attend directing video and photoshoots.
• Ensuring A+ campaign/creative quality throughout the team and the work they manage.
• Master of communication in both the written and spoken word.
• Partnership with other departments to integrate creative ideas into a full campaign.
• Ability to present and sell through ideas, creative strategy and creative rational, both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Ad Agency experience.
• Demonstrated success in creating integrated campaigns.
• Pristine portfolio showcasing 360 campaigns including broadcast/TV, digital and experiential work.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience and passion for purpose-driven marketing, with a strong focus on aligning brand objectives with meaningful social or environmental causes.
• 8+ years of conceptual copywriting and storytelling experience.
