Senior Content Manager-Remote Jobs

Reporting to the Content Practice Director, the Sr. Content Manager will contribute to the success of the Content Practice, as part of the Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) business unit. You will manage a team of junior content specialists and provide high-level oversight of client engagements that have a content strategy, content marketing and/or content development program work stream to ensure the content practice maintains a strong reputation and quality work product.

You will also serve as lead consultant on enterprise client accounts, driving project teams toward successful content strategy delivery. You will advise clients and execute deliverables across diverse digital content subdisciplines including journey orchestration (personalization and omnichannel messaging programs), website architecture, organic SEO, and site migration.

The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend strong team building and client management skills

with content strategy expertise, rooted in a sound understanding of overall client objectives, target audiences, and competitive market dynamics. A cultural fit on this team requires an agile intellect, willingness to stretch, fast-paced creativity, and a passion for all things content marketing.
