Training Content Lead (Remote)

Compensation Range: $76 - 78 per hour

Our software client's Talent Acquisition team is undergoing a portfolio refresh, and looking to bring on a talented Training Content Lead to their team!
In this role, you will responsible for developing training content based on established requirements and processes. You will be expected to bring all prior training subject matter expertise to the table, embodying quality and interactivity in your work. The final training content will span a variety of formats, including pre-recorded video tutorials, written instruction manuals and an interactive online learning platform.
Responsibilities:

• Support building User Acceptance Training scripts.
• Partner in a small yet mighty team of training content peers for the duration of the project.
• Work quickly and iteratively to ensure content is adaptive to new software developments, as part of the training roadmap.
• Design an interactive training approach to encourage high end-user engagement.
• Engage with subject matter experts across Talent Acquisition to validate learning materials and integrate feedback in new developments.
• Develop new training content (videos, handbooks, one-pagers, etc.) which teach new processes whilst driving user adoption.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors
• Knowledge and experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Strong and proactive communications by sharing regular progress updates, blockers and next steps.
• Prior experience working within Talent Acquisition or People Team capacity strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience designing and delivering training resources.
• Prior experience of using Articulate, Absorb or other platforms preferred.
