Senior Call Center Manager

The Senior Call Center Manager leads a large onsite and remote team and assists leadership with overseeing daily operations. This role is responsible for department functions, including personnel, scheduling, systems, budget, initial and on-going training, and employee development.

Deliveringsuperiorcustomer service by effectively managing and motivating a diverse call center team.

Ensuring productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards.

Demonstrating critical thinking skills.

Identifying, evaluating, and leading new approaches.

Assessing and analyzing team performance, identifying performance gaps and providing feedback and coaching.

Administering company personnel policies in all areas and following company staffing standards and training recommendations.

Have experience managing a large production team.

Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Show problem solving abilities.

Displaystronginterpersonal skills.

Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and be on call outside of those hours.

Have prior experience managing a call center team (desired).
