Gravity has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our sales and marketing firm. We are looking for people with potential and an ambitious drive rather than experience, to grow with our company.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

• Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape
• Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers in targeted accounts
• Actively participate in our experiential sales & marketing campaigns
• Speak to as many customers as possible daily
• Generate new revenue for our clients through upselling of products and services through our promotional events

Call Center Representative Requirements

• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet clients’ needs
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity.
• Strong student mentality
• Customer service experience is preferred
